These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the referral program…

1. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Be a legal resident of the United States;
• A current employee of an existing M3 customer and in good standing;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of M3;
• Have a valid email address and contact information;
• Submit referrals through https://prjoldm3.alexanderchiu.com/referral/;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Referrer Representations and Warranties

• You're not restricted by your employer or professional agreements from participating;
• You are not submitting false or misleading referrals.

3. How the Program Works

• Submit accurate referrals at M3 Referral Form.
• Referrals are “qualified” when:
  • The referred party is new and interested;
  • They agree to be contacted;
  • They meet M3’s target profile.
• M3 may reject incomplete, duplicate, or bad-faith referrals.

4. Reward Eligibility

• Rewards are issued only when the referred party signs and pays as a customer for at least 90 days.
• Amounts and terms are listed on the referral page and subject to change.
• Rewards may be taxed.

5. Reward Structure

• Only successful referrals qualify.
• Reward value may vary by product or service.
• M3 may update terms with 30 days' notice on the portal.

6. Representations and Warranties

• All info you provide must be accurate;
• You must comply with laws and ethical practices;
• No spam or deceptive promotion allowed.

7. Compliance and Indemnification

7.1 Your Compliance Obligations

• Ensure you're not violating employer or company policy;
• Notify M3 of any changes in your eligibility.

7.2 Indemnification

• You agree to defend M3 from legal claims due to your participation if you violate these terms.

8. Modifications and Termination

• M3 may update or end the program with notice;
• Rewards earned before termination are still valid;
• Violations may result in immediate disqualification.

9. Limitation of Liability

M3 is not liable for indirect damages or loss. Liability is limited to the reward value.

10. Disclaimer

M3 disclaims all warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or results from participation.

11. Other Terms

• 11.1 Dispute Resolution: Governed by Georgia law; disputes handled in Fulton County courts.
• 11.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms replace all prior versions.
• 11.3 Severability: If one part is invalid, the rest still applies.
• 11.4 Assignment: You can't transfer your participation rights without approval.
